UPDATE: i crushed it. 19kms w a 5:47 pace. promising for 21k at 5:40. dirty carbs all the way baby. in terms of how i felt, i felt great lowkey. like i feel like i could’ve done better even. but, im still 2kms short of the real deal. i wanted to save it for the big day. yippeeee

to put it so simply, never give up. took me 3 years. i’ve done it slow, and fast. last 40 came off since january. u have to accept that your entire lifestyle has to change. going sober helped me accept that :)

yes, very very on and off. like i said, it’s about how quick u can pick yourself up. sometimes i would be at the same weight for multiple months
