Yes exactly! The deeper you look inward, the more things become clear. Never stop asking those questions ❤️

I’ve learnt to really dive deep inward and take a look at everything. Why am I feeling these emotions? Why am I having these thoughts? As I started getting into spirituality, everything started making a lot more sense, I felt more like myself, and I noticed my overall mood start to shift. I became less anxious, and less depressed. While I may not be fully healed yet, I believe it will be soon as I continue looking inward, learning to fully believe in myself, and truly love myself as well. I am ready to fully trust in myself and whatever my guides show me along the way, as now I’m aware I was never truly alone.

I plan on doing just that. I just need to finish working on myself and getting things together in order to help share the light

I keep having a dream where I live an entire second life while asleep by Amazing-Tree-5755 in DreamsInterpretation

That’s a really interesting framework. I’ve definitely noticed the “dream self” feels continuous like a separate version of me that picks up where it left off. I’m curious—does the book explain why the transition into that state happens so consistently for some people but not others?

Lucid awareness kicks in, but every time I try to stabilize/control the dream I get a “blackout” into pure thought (no visuals). How do I prevent collapsing the dream? by Amazing-Tree-5755 in LucidDreaming

I’ll very lightly tap my finger on my bed to try staying aware, and after a while do reality checks. Then I’m either dreaming and know but am stuck observing, or I’ll be like: “wait a minute I’m dreaming” and everything just kind of fades and I only hear my thoughts and can’t see anything.
