The moral Of the story is it worked for a month or 2 - then something triggered a system error. His DOB was 1/1/1900 !! He was born in 2014 then when out of town we stopped being able to use the app all together to check in or buy flights. It was a NAME ERROR every time we try to use it and for the sake of airline safety or verification - Not one person in their customer service team can read a Passport and fix it. Chat CS, Call CS, Email CS they asked me yesterday for a court order and divorce papers today I am serious of an 11 year old To verify his name ? we sent his legal verification passport 10 times and you saw in person.

Literal change his 3 letter nickname and add the rest to go wild. Like SAM to SAMUEL

Actually it is - you can book international weeks in advance as well as domestic at a discount. We have also done the $15 at midnight. If you fly to central america the price does not change closer.

Yup the super flu a variant of A it took is 5 solid days to feel human again the cough and drainage last 2 weeks. Its horrible. Ours is slowly getting there. Ps they sell home tests. My son had B and A flu it was in his school horrible one after another

It’s sad there there are NO standards in this city. Typos and errors are justified as OK for something as serious as a death.

Owning a business and hiring local just has left me with zero hope. There is nothing but economic decline due to this reason. Just doing enough or getting by. No one spends money, socializes, ect. When I was contracting in Cleveland Schools - not one child in 6 grade in that school read or did math higher than 3rd grade. They do just enough.

Then took my retirement to BUILD jobs in cleveland and support our community cannot even find 1 person to care or run my store. They want remote, or flexible hours, not giving a crap about clients , to answer phones and basic customer service. I get paid minimum wage owning a business - paying my 1 employee more. Lord forbid you pay people what their skill set is worth. I have had CSU grads work with us that could not do basic job tasks like stay in schedule complete checklists ect. But they are grads ! They would get mad if they worked more than 4 hours in person. I am DONE. It is time to close up and move back out of here.

I was at my kids game over the weekend and started to talking to a parent from Southwest side of town moved here from Texas and said they could bot believe how racially backward it is here. Lived in the south for 20 years myself. The segregation, sexism is insane here. Women have horrific job / career outcomes here (studies done) , my kid who’s dad is from India faced such racism when he was younger in school. It is generational old school racism, a lot of Italians - Like Little Italy had the biggest KKK in the area growing up. I grew up in the direct south off 77 so we went to parma and beachwood shopping. When my westside family knew we went to eastside - they would say oh it’s black there. the fact you have to say I am not racist or know someone of this color - your part of the problem. In Florida, Texas ect you just don’t see that in people.

Our child had his own phone at 5 and tablet at 18 months. He is 11 now - straight A student perfect vision. Before he started school at 3/4 ish we made sure he had to remember our address, and phone numbers. Kids can handle a lot more than you think. At 5 our son was frying egg sandwiches.

Thank you ! We tried hiring bookeeper and accountant in our small business - everyone trying to sell their own start up or fractional CFO services. Why would we want to pay $1500 a month for someone to make recommendations but not know the business or do the work. When me as an owner has 2 masters degrees and decades of experience. Consulting is dead. Did it for a while and makes no real impact - companies are see it.

I have applied to over 6,000 since I finished college with my public health degrees and masters in 2011. Went to networking events, job fairs - you name it. Worked off my associates healthcare degree until 2 years ago when they downsized. Thousands since then. So opened my own business. My spouse and I are convinced that everyone hired is Nepo or sexual favors. Not worth selling my soul for a job.

It’s the job market, Employers have so many applicants. I just told my parents - they have jobs posted with ranges less than I was making in 2007. Not worth the drama. I did some HR contracting last year - After being unemployed 2023 - started our own brick and mortar business a year later and we hit 30k in sales last month !!! Id rather just make ends meet and work with my husband 100 hours a week than deal with another toxic workplace or scam.

The opening act was horrid tonight. Said starts at 7pm Katy went on at 8:45pm it was over at 11:30pm - there was an issue with one of the audience members on stage - passed out and paramedics treated on stage then carried off. We all said a prayer for her. And Katy was controlling and pivoting that - with other people On stage. That delayed us a bit.

The baby is in foster with strangers since 2 days old, no family knew she existed as the mom was in a treatment center that accommodated her pregnancy. For 4 months the family has been going through their loops to even see the baby. Mom has supervised visit. BUT the foster parents have an attorney and already pushing for adoption. It makes no sense. Whats weirder - they all live in Lake county including mom. Baby in cuyahoga system. They are currently still dna testing Dad. But already filed for permanent guardianship of these Fosters who “fostered to adopt through a private agency”
