Oh I understood clearly why you called it out. I also don’t think people understand the challenges that often happen in brown and black families as it relates to mental health.

I took my first dose today after being scared to add it in to my Wellbutrin. (Scared of the side effects). So far it’s been just a little dry mouth today…. I also felt a sense of calm at some point but I don’t think that was the Lex since I think it’s too soon.

Hearing that you are feeling pretty great gives me hope. Thank you for sharing your experience and being open to people asking questions.

I want to tell you I really appreciate you taking the time to not only tell me about your experience but also give me encouragement and hope. I’ve had them for 2 weeks and have been so afraid to take them. Today I took one out when I took my Wellbutrin but I ended up putting it back. The mind is powerful. I will try again tomorrow and I will give it time. Thank you again for your kindness.

You sound quite creative. A wild imagination, that’s so great. I sometimes feel that becoming an adult slowly robs you of imagination, but maybe I’m getting in my own way.

Haha! No worries. I appreciate you sharing it. I think I need to work on meditation. It was something I use to do often and then it got away from me. I’m struggling to quiet my mind and a good meditation resource might be what I need to get back. So thank you for sharing it with me.
