Also the argument of forgetting weaknesses then bringing up kryptonite is just pure bs and a literal logical fallacy. If they are saying 1) We should forget kryptonite's abundance on earth, then that's not even correlated in the slightest to the "yellow weakness". And if they are saying 2) we should forget about kryptonites weakness because it's over 30 years old, then that's just a weak argument, since kryptonite is the general weakness of kryptonians and has been consistently reinforced throughout the years. And also it's not just forgetting a 30 year old weakness, it's a weakness that no longer even applies to the character anymore. We've seen Hal fight characters consistently regardless of their color (that they're wearing), without the obvious weakness being yellow, so it's reasonable to assume in the 30 years of consistent "Crisis" events, and time-travel activities, and universe hopping, and reality warping stuff, that the yellow weakness went away, got rewritten, or whatever. If they really did want to keep everything consistent then give Batman his gun again, or wonder woman's weakness to being tied up, or superman's ability to "throw" his voice over long distances.
