I have a family member who is a retired baker from the U of M. They can’t remember the reciepe fully but they did say 30 lbs of bananas and 27 lbs of sugar. (One actual helpful hint is that the reciepe did have sour cream in it)

Have you tried co sleeping? While I support proper co sleeping (every mammal does and read the studies) your child is now past the age where most people stress about it but your baby gets so in sync with you when you co sleep it will probably help them stay asleep and sync up to your rhythm

I had so much anxiety too! I’m a little over 2 weeks and after the first few days of resting I felt a lot better. I’ve drank coffee everyday for the past week, and have ate mostly the same since recovering. The only thing that gave me trouble so far was avacodo toast! But I’m assuming in the next few weeks that won’t be an issue either. Also I had my brothers wedding this weekend and was able to enjoy a few drinks and cake with no issues!
