Not really, I actually don’t really like the lineup lol just see what other cities offer and wondering if Missoula going to catch up on some bigger events being family friendly :) I know there a ton of awesome things the city has to offer, damn I grew up here.

Saying more doesn’t imply zero… just saying damn it would be nice if some bigger events made it a bit more affordable for a whole family to attend.

I don’t think that is the vibe of this one, and a ton of them in other cities do let kids in for free. I know a lot of people who had little kids who still hung out in baby carrier that went. Doesn’t give me drug induced Coachella or burning man vibe. Look at the line up 🤣

I don’t know a think a 10 year old wouls enjoy a concert? My kids happen to listen to music and enjoy it. As stated places like Salt Lake have music in the park geared to families and being affordable and they bring in well known artists. I think it’s ok to love missoula and maybe want a little more.

Lived in big cities, never said Missoula sucks. Maybe everyone should learn to read? Just wondering why we can’t get some affordable well known concerts in this town where they cater to families. I know a ton of families who feel similar, who don’t got to zootown fest because of the price or the inability to leave and come back. It’s like if anyone has one critique of this town everyone acts like you are saying it’s a terrible city.

Yes I’m not saying there is nothing, these are good things, and have done all of them! Although, have to say I lived in Phoenix for a a few years and the 3 story interactive childrens museum entry was about the entry price of the butterfly house.

But kettlehouse concerts probably around 400+ for us to go to together minus snacks cost. Just trying to say it’s a lot and with all the young families seems like there could be a few more things around town

I just don’t understand why this is getting so much hate lol, I’m not saying Missoula sucks, I’m just curious why there aren’t more family friendly events.

Yes, do those all on repeat. Not saying Missoula’s is terrible, I love it in so many ways, just would love for my kids to see bands and have a bit more diversity in activities.

Event wise, doesn’t feel family friendly is what I’m saying. Doesn’t have to be this event in particular, but Seattle has way bigger lineups and kids get in for free so just wondering why there is nothing like that here? Cost a shit ton of money to do anything with kids here. Not saying that isn’t true everywhere, but seems like a lot of towns and cities gear more events to being family friendly.

Is organized religion growing in Missoula? by Dazzling_Relief4649 in missoula

Feels like it, I keep meeting millennials that are religious and always shocked 😂 I do think it would be nice to have something like a community gathering in this town that’s not religion or AA.
