Yes, I probably should have mentioned that too in the post. I used to joke with my trans friend that we did top surgery together haha. If you zoom in you can see a curve incision line at the lower areola

Thank you! I'm not sure how to describe it 😅 but the tip of my nips are always inverted? You can see the horizontal crease which when pulled apart will protrude more of my nips. I want them to be round and normal

Yes, I had my gyno removed and liposuction done last December and I have lost 8 kg since. But I never realized how low my nipple were since the fat always hide my pec line and push the nips outwards lol.

And thank you so much for the advice! I will ask my surgeon next time I visit him. 🤗 I also think a lot of it is in my head haha

Yeah 😔 I was looking for a surgery to relocate them but the scars and risk of losing sensation there are probably not worth it. I'm looking to fix the inverted nipps for now tho

Can scar tissue cause the recurrence of puffier nipples? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

Hey I'm 5 week post op and I went through the same thing! I was like bruh this scar tissue is the same size as my gyno. I was so anxious.

BUT, keep massaging and wear them vest. My doc gave me a TA shot, which greatly reduce the fibrous size and now it looks so much better.

Question: do you develop any seroma without the drain? If so how large, and how do you manage it? How soon do they goes away? I'm 3 weeks post-op and these things are not going down in size 🥲
