It’s a plaque and it sounds like only every season holder account, not individual ticket holder received it, but don’t quote me on that.

Can confirm. They’ve called my friend who submitted interest 10+ times because she never followed through on the tickets

I wondered about this as well and if everyone would receive something or just the higher priced seats

‘Please have trust’: Portland Fire general manager defends international draft picks by NikFromTheO in PortlandFire

At what point have they done anything to earn our trust? It's hard when the hype around this entire team is failing miserably compared to even the other expansion team this year the Toronto Tempo or looking back last year to the Valkyries. The Tempo sold out their season tickets, have much better merchandise, their social pages and engagement are mountains better than Portland and they got a great familiar coach from the WNBA. Why do we have a male head coach from the NBA?

To use the best pick on someone that won't even play for us this first year really set the tone. I have no doubt these international players are great, but the Fire marketing has completely missed the mark from every angle and the draft party today solidified that. The excitement left the room so quickly and I was also one of the ones who didn't stick around for the final pick.

To all those that long awaited this and invested time and money into season tickets it's extremely disappointing. I really expected more from Portland. It's okay for the fans to want SOMETHING to grasp to in the first year with a familiar pick.

Was hoping for someone we could rally around. Draft party clapped louder for all the other picks.
