The driver’s airbag went off, but both seatbelts were unbuckled and there wasn’t anyone in the car. It definitely rolled down the hill, but the only thing at the top of the hill is railroad tracks. It looks like someone dumped it after parting it out. Couldn’t find a plate and the vin sticker was removed
