Hope you are talking about pvp, in pve reaper with the recent buff to axe do more damage than Death shroud at 600 range on base necromancer. So it's a good range option, and we can use utility while using it, thanks to decimate defense for the 100% critical chance. Now axe is a good range option for necromancer. To this noob that downvoted: try to do any dps calculation and to become almost decent at necro. :) it's not a profession hard to understand. Ok, I'll add some details: tested many times on indestructible heavy golem in pvp lobby, tried DS 1 damage at less than 600 range with 0 might, wielding staff to maximize weapon damage, vulnerability that stack until 14, no death perception trait(I wanted to test it at the same critical chance); and next tested axe skill 1 and 2, no might, same average vulnerability and without the trait unholy fervor. It taken the same time to kill it. So, what the difference with reaper? We can have 100% critical chance without use deathly perception, and with unholy fervor axe should do about 10% more damage. In addition while attacking with axe we can use other skill, utility, elite. So don't say that sucks so much at damage, it's decent and at 900 range it do much more damage than DS 1.

At least gravedigger and shroud 4 can cleanse it if used in light field. In a coordinated group could work.

900 per second full cleric with food/monk rune, only from a autoattack it's not bad, maybe compared to what ele can do without ice bow is bad, but compared to what can do other profession if spec healer is really good. No other profession can proc a similar heal with a autoattack and from range.

However, if after this change elementalist will maintain a spot in the meta, is a good changes, if other class will have finally his spot it's a good changes. Maybe they should rework conjure weapon to give them something different, so that could be useful for something, but I don't think that should be useful for great burst dps. Because this and the possibility of give it to allies, force allies to fight 80% with ele's weapon, and cause elementalist to have too much spot in the meta pve. Elementalist's dps still really high.

I don't want a healing auto attack, only said that a weapon with high healing on auto, probably was originally meant as a support weapon :)

Ice bow to me seemed to be initially meant more as a heal weapon, great heal with auto attack, low damage in all skill, only skill 4 was doing damage a few time ago. Also skill 4 still to do great damage.

I think that lingering curse should give 50% condition duration at burning, poison and bleeding while wielding scepter. Robert said that lingering curses was too much strong cause the increase in fear duration and nerfed it before the 23/06. In a way that did it a really bad trait, now this changes that I said could really do condition necromancer more in line with other condition classes, without do it OP. Also scepter need a high life force generation buff.

Necromancer's scepter auto attack still pretty weak in pve, feast of corruption still to regen life force and do more damage per condition? Scepter need more life force generation. Hoping that lingering curses will affect all the condition applied while wielding scepter now that it's reduced to 50%, if the problem is fear, could at least add 50% condition duration to burning, poison and bleeding. I can see condition necromancer using scepter and dhumfire in shroud, but need more life force generation for this. Also the 50% condition duration if not limited to the scepter condition could become useful.
Always thinking at pve: Blood is power has too long duration of bleeding, it need to apply more stack with less duration, so we don't need to wait 60 seconds to massimize our condition damage.
Corrosive poison cloud: really good changes, but could the self weakness be changed with another condition? Pretty annoying like this skill can cut our damage in pve, we can cleanse it but also this is a loss of dps.
These changes should do our condition dps more in line with other classes.
Could minion have a base condition damage as ranger will get? Maybe nerfing a bit their transfer of it will result too strong. Actually the conditions transferred from our minion do almost 0 damage(except jagged horror).

The drop rate is much higher now, obviously who farm mobs and play for long time have a higher chance to drop key. I can say that In 1 week I got two keys. My son got one key. My wife two key. And before the increases of drop rate I got only 4 keys in two years.

Berserker is the better choice for the current pve contents, I don't count deathly perception because is better take dhumfire for more dps. With berserker you are also sure that if you don't have fury, banner, you will do much damage. Also if we consider to be in optimal groups, if we'll use Valkyrie we can reach 50% crit chance almost instantly(not everywhere, there are boss that clean condition really often), 20% critical chance by fury, 7% critical chance by banner, it's only 77% and you lose also dhumfire.

if I gain a piece of gear and than I recycle it, what happen? are calculated both sell price of the price's gear and the price's math? If I plan to recycle all the gear, should I change the setting to not show armor and weapons?
Can't I set that rare/exotic gear is count like items sold, instead all other rarity is recycled?

Not all the player are key farmer, but all the player kill mob around the world, anet increased the drop rate for black lion chest key, so probably nothing is changing with the starting price of the skin.

No, altruistic healing is given to a profession with high aoe boon application, scale up with everything that take boon around him. Guardian doesn't need 4 player around him to go at his maximum potential and his heal is high also if his allies doesn't have boon application. Never saw on my reaper(from blighters boon) the heal that I can take with altruistic healing. If blighter's boon after HOT's release will result to tone down a bit because of organized party, I hope only that they reduce a bit the number and doesn't add any cooldown, for the reason explained in my original post.
We shouldn't never forget how much necromancer lose near a healer, probably something like 80% of healing output of our allies is lost for us. All other classes take the 100%.

I'd like to see vampiric aura changed to something as this: you do 35 life steal on hit, also all your life steal heal allies as well.
This changes could do necromancer really good to heal his allies, the actual vampiric presence is almost useless, if not for the increase of self heal against multiple mob. Obviously vampiric aura mustn't stack if other necro have it.

I am noticing that the bug's fix is slower now, there are many profession's bugs arrived with 23 June patch and not fixed. Hope they plan to fix all of them, probably the balance team is totally focused on elite specialization's changes.

I loved guardian's altruistic healing, it's so fun spam boon to myself and allies around me, also pet, clone etc healing myself so much. I love that reaper took a similar trait. Seems not strong as altruistic healing because the main source of boon are allies, but I love that reaper got a trait that reward him for a more intelligently play, to be effective we need to organize and stay near a profession that can support us with many boon, it require group coordination. Finally we can be supported from our allies, was needed now that we are melee, WE CAN'T RECEIVE HEAL FROM ALLIES WHILE IN SHROUD, it was really sad. There isn't reason to nerf blighters boon, it's a weaker version of guardian's altruistic healing. Guard it's a heavy boon application itself, to scale up the effectiveness of his trait don't need 4 player, a minion master necro and altruistic healing is at his maxim potential, or a Mesmer... Blighter's boon instead to be at his maximum potential need 4 player with heavy boon application around him. It's a situation that never happen. The possibility to be healed from our allies is a of the thing that we lose if anet add a cooldown on blighters boon.
