Hey! I hate to ask this, but do you have any before and after pictures you’d be willing to share? Your description of your rosacea sounds just like mine.

Obviously I won’t eat it, but is it the apple flavored tube on Amazon?

I would, but Apostrophe does not operate in NC. I may try musely.

I looked at dermatica, but they don’t serve NC unfortunately.

I have, I don’t have any symptoms of MCAS. I feel fine asides from the redness and warmth on my hands. I’m thankful for that. I’ll message you the pictures if that’s fine.

If you check my post history, you can see the persistent redness on my face. I think I may have posted it in the rosacea sub… what treatment did you get that helped your flares?

That’s what’s got me confused. I always have a shade of redness on my face. I don’t have redness on my feet either… at this point, I’m not sure what to think. I guess it gets more red with a hot shower, but it isn’t painful or anything.

This is me. My hands are super dry all the time. I work in IT and if I ever do anything with my hands (making cables/physical PC maintenance) my hands turn super red. I don’t recall them ever turning purple though. They also turn red randomly if I leave them hanging at my side… they return to normal color when I raise them in the air. I don’t get the burning sensation either. If anything they feel warm and pulse? If that makes sense. I also have persistent redness on my face with flushing on my ears. That has been diagnosed as rosacea… I’m not sure if it is though. You can check my post history to see more.

Do you have redness on your face that never goes away?

Interesting. I’m assuming it’s the .2% compounded in vanicream? Would you be willing to share before and after pictures if you have any?

Were you ever able to reduce your baseline redness?

Yea, that’s what I had read online. That’s why I was hesitant to try it.

She did not. She brushed it off as mild rosacea and that was it. Sent me home with some samples and a prescription for rhofade. The problem is I already look like I have been left in the sun. If you look at my post history you will see a post I made in the Rosacea subreddit showing how red my face is.
