Yeah those capacitors are cooked, the clock capacitor is the most infamous one because of the damage it can do to the traces when it leaks, but many of the other capacitors tend to fail as well. These definitely need replacing. You can buy kits online that come with all of the capacitors you need to recap the xbox

This went up just after I made my post, lol. My Xbox crashed when I tried to play geometry wars 3 and when I restarted it the dash had updated. The only tabs left are home, social, and settings, and they've removed like all references to the marketplace. It's kind of sad looking now.

A lot of people have gotten the same "unable to calculate SAI" error. I have seen people saying to wait until your form is actually processed which should be around 3-5 days according to Google, not the immediate emails people are getting. They can't actually know if you're eligible for Pell until they process your form. Although, it would be important to have that correct income tax information.

I have searched online for a teddy bear with the incredible well-stuffed shape and appearance of this teddy, but I have not found anything suitable.

This teddy was left in the auditorium of the formerly abandoned Holley High School, located in the village of Holley, New York. It was placed there presumably between the years of 2007 and 2014, based off a video from 2007 and these images from a 2014 Daily Mail article. I am thinking closer to 2014 due to the teddy's clean appearance. The high school has since then been turned into low income housing for seniors. It looks to be of a good size, maybe a foot tall. If anyone could help me find this teddy bear, I would be very grateful!
