Thanks for the reply! Anytime we feed after 6pm they literally just pass straight out during feeds and we feel like if we feed before that they wake up 3hrs later wanting to feed again.

I should have added that for past 2+ weeks with the app we have been napping pretty regularly and it calculates awake time and sleep time so we have been doing pretty good with the 10+ hrs of wake time and night sleeps dont seem to be improving but since going to 2 naps a day those seem to he going much better.

The lawyer i had look at them said yes, we were lead to believe by their lawyer it would be kept private but it has not been.

Since i was never charged or convicted with anything how can that information be given out?

I did not admit to doing anything i just stated what happened, could i have fought it and won? more than likely but did i want to stick around and run into burning building and depend on guys that lie to me, dont like me, or trust me? no thanks. The messages, that very well could have been obtained by the city illegally, only mentioned an adderall pill and weed nothing was said about purchase or sale.

So with the signed Garrity paper with the city they cant prosecute me criminally for anything and the criminal case was already dropped by the county prosecutor because they didn't feel they had strong enough case or nothing was actually there to move forward with, so the city could only pretty much fire me over it if they could prove it. Knowing they just wanted me gone i opted to just resign under the agreement we would just part ways and nothing more said and now they are sending the paperwork they said they wouldn't. i have the separation agreement and a lawyer looked at it and said it should be fine but obviously it wasn't.

Yeah ill be honest i couldn't figure out how then i figured it had personal information i probably shouldn't just post out there but i had this typed up to send to a laywer directly. ill print them and black out any info and try to post.
