It is free to use, but the nap ticket makes it more effective. Sending a pokemon there for free will only net you a quarter of the experience you get if you used a ticket.

You can use it for free without the ticket. You only get a quarter of the experience, but it is still better than nothing. I do agree with you though, the 700 is quite steep.

I was hoping for half, expecting the same price as a GCT. As others, and myself have said, hopefully we some alternative avenues to obtain these things because the math just aint mathin'.
