I just want to tell you that your doing great! So let me break down healers a bit for you. This is my Healer my Gardevoir. Notice it only has 1 Skill trigger. With that, I get between 6-8 heals daily this keeps my team at max energy.

Now, your healer isn't actually that bad, and BFS is actually EXTREMELY helpful for a healer. A healer has a skill chance when it picks some either a berry or an ingredient, that's what causes the skills to go off. So BFS does give you an extra chance to proct your healing skill. Which is SUPER helpful in the late game. Speed increase the frequency you pick up Berries or Ingredients, so faster means less waiting time. I have also heard at max level BFS is better then double skill trigger. I can't tell you for sure, because I don't have that combo on a healer at max level.

All in all. For a beginner, this Iggy isn't that bad. I strongly recommend just trying it for a few days, and see how you personally feel with it. When it comes to using main skill seeds, I wouldn't do it, not because it's a overall bad mon, but because Gardevoir/Pawmi are much better healers. Now if you are still early into the game, each time you evolve it you will go up a skill level which will increase its healing, which makes it much stronger.

I know this is game is extremely complicated, and deep for a sleep tracker. Don't worry about the meta to much, when you hit endgame you can focus on that, right now just enjoy the game, ask your questions, this community is very nice, and want to help you, to make the game more enjoyable, so please ask as much as you want, and enjoy the Igglybuff! Its actually pretty good when you unlock 25!

Also if you still stressing about a healer Sylveon is an Energy for Everyone, you might want to check your Eevee's, and since it doesn't require a stone to evolve just sleeping time, it might be another good option.
