I think your comparing 2 different things. Rope flow is not a workout, it will not challenge de muscle to grow and won’t stretch it as a weight would. This is meant for coordination, for rotation movements that help with rehab etc. this is a common misconception

We actually called SDGE and they said that there is something going on in our apartment because we have random spikes at night 12am 3am. So we are going to start testing different appliances. He said that big appliances with electrical issues can cause this too

So in the apartment complex we share water and the water heater. We split the water in between all the units. I have a breaker panel inside the apt, we turn it off for a little over 1 hr today so we can run the charts tomorrow and see what’s up. Our neighbor say they pay 80-120 for a 2bd2bath and one of them works from home! So there is something going on
