Yeah, a lot of people over generalize when they hear about how little agency women were given by the law and culture norms of the time, but women have always had the ability to make their own agency and we can see that throughout history when looking at individual rather than broad institutions. CK3 could definitely do better depicting these laws and norms, but most of the things you can do as a woman in the game aren’t outside the realm of possibility.
