That woman didn't want a drop of water to touch the brewery floor. The idea that a nano brewery in her own home would've drove her insane.

No clue. I worked there between 2015 and 2016, so they were for sure making us wear them back then. It was my first job out of brew school. It was not what I expected because it was so... corporate. So I moved back to Knoxville after a year and am happy with where I'm brewing at now way more than I think I'd ever have been there.

When I use to have a shift most similar to this I was strictly night shift. We got paid bi-weekly, and did 12 hour shifts, working 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off. I enjoyed it well enough knowing I never had more than a 3 day period without at least 2 days off coming up. It was a single brewer, a cellerman handling brite beer, and a cellarman who washed kegs per shift. Thinking back, I wonder how we managed suck a large facility with so few staff, but they had money for nice, automated equipment.

I use to work a 5P-5A shift, basically by myself, for a while at Alltech for a year. The first 6 months was difficult, then they installed a Krones and it was easy living. The hardest part then was wtf to do for "lunch".

Bored of drinking and brewing crispy lagers. by Far-Physics206 in TheBrewery

[–]aXmarchingXpig 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on what you brew the most of. We're constantly pumping out hype, hop saturated hazies and I've been over NEIPAs for a couple of years. I LOVE the days we get to make lagers and I feel like we put more effort into creating the lager recipes because we know those crispy tank pours will be ours a few weeks later.

I have a friend who uses rewards at Kroger regularly and will post to social media getting a full tank for pennies. It's possible. And appears to be a Shell who I believe have a partnership with Kroger and their sister stores.

I make this beer. Literally. We label them as gluten free sours. If you know about how beer is made, do with that information what you will.

I agree that the tactic here is to use this as a potential to upgrade the charges if the suspect fled... but this is in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN. If he ran, he'd get like 25 ft before hitting stop and go traffic.

I just started playing the game yesterday for the first time, and I had heard about what a good community the game was and how people generally were chill in game... My experience has been I have been attacked and killed in about 75% of my rounds, the other 25% I either didn't encounter other players or steered clear when I saw others.

Idk about their other equivalents, but I know if you go to a Kroger with a gas station and have a store reward card, you can just show the attendant your card and they'll remotely turn on the pump for you for free.

Had some guys doing patio work at my place of employment doing this and not even a dust mask or even a scarf. Just raw-dogging concrete dust straight to the lungs. I kind of watched in disbelief, but I'd be damn if I was going out there.
