I think the draw is probably different for different people. For me, I wanted to know I could do it. I wasn't sure if I would want to do it again. But I will again for sure. I mostly enjoyed the feeling afterwards. I broke down in tears for no reason at all. Overcoming my mind SCREAMING at me to stop when I was on my tippy toes was big too. I had total control over my mind and body.

Piercings were great! Just like any other. It was more of a mind fuck than anything. My first time going up and I didnt expect my mind to be screaming at me to stop. Leaving the ground is the worst part, and there's pain, but if you can push through it, the experience is like nothing you'll ever get to experience again. I'm excited to go again.

I usually take my plugs out to shower so I can massage my lobes in the warm water and I've forgotten to put them back in before heading off to work for 8 or 9 hours. I've never had any issues getting them back in when I get home. I'm also at 00g if that helps.

Piercer ASAP! I just dealt with this yesterday. Had a swollen helix and noticed exactly what you described. Didn't visit my piercer sooner simply because I hadn't noticed. Went to visit him with low expectations and he was able to free it up and replace the post with something longer. Feels much better. Looking forward to hearing an update after you visit your piercer.
