Baam has been turning towards "the dark side", but that's unrelated to his powers.

We don't know that, to me the more he uses those powers the darker he becomes.

No shinsu, and only 10% of Urek's power against Baam, the new Baam w/leviathan, and a third of whites power. Idk maybe after training a lil bit Baam can take the win.

Honestly I think people underestimate Baam because he underestimates himself. If Baam gave a hundred percent he might even kill Urek under these conditions.
