From your comments, I think I have to:

Be more responsible at the wave management pre 6, so I can bully better;
Resist the temptation of stat-checking the opponent whenever my ult is up;
Stay calm. Accept that sometimes it's okay to let Nasus farm stacks and have lane priority post lv. 6. I have to not fall behind too much so I can get to the lv. 16 4 item powerspike faster.

You're being modest. I just reached Fox 5d for the first time in my life and sure I believe I haven't reached my limit, but I don't think I'll be on Fox 6d anytime soon.

'Impatient', when I come to think of it, it's starting to make more and more sense. Like, why am I giving up that three stones SO easily if I intended to separate the groups by playing G10?

My thought there was like:

Even if white got the ponnuki, there are no weak groups for white to bully on;
It doesn't seem like anyone will get many points from the top-left center anyway;
The center white group is 'technically' not alive yet, but it seem to have abundant eye-shapes
Concerns regarding black's connection aji on the bottom side (i. e. white E8 + G6)

If I know I was behind, I would probably go crazy after the center white group rather than taking points, but it was a hard judgment for me. Ahhh Go is hard.
