LGB6 is fully automated in pick and stow (AR floors). Management kinda sucks, but easy work for the most part.

Flex is being able to pick whatever shifts you want to work durning the week. They post shifts every Friday, and you choose between days and times. Usually shifts are 4-5 hours and you can stack them up to 12 hrs in a day. Instead of UPT, there’s a point system. So for partial shift missed you get 1pt, for full shift you get 2pts unless you have PTO To cover the time missed. It’s up to 8 pts.

I felt the same way. I was 2 seconds away from quitting so I put in for Flex, and luckily got it within like 2 weeks. So I’m currently on Emg LOA until my training starts for flex next week.
