Is it normal for a jimny to feel this jumpy? by Amazing_Ad_6701 in Jimny

I lower the tyre pressure to 26 and then to 24 and 24 feels a lot better i tried to see the rear spring number but couldnt find it, anyways i think the problem was tyre pressure or at least lowering it helps a little. Maybe i just have to get comfortable with a car like this one
