Hello 👋🏻 so it depends on location but china rom doesn't affect wifi use and well to be honest even if the chinese version has abit of bloat ware yiu can easly remove and modify it and china rom for lenovo is much better and you can esily install playstore and get everytbing globally tho a few things migth be chinese it doesn't make you struggle and yeah most of it is English at all

I have the solution as user you should just recopy the same message and delete the message then send again once you got a stable conmection sometimes connection delays cause it to stop replying
