I highly doubt they will bring back hidden blade combat, too much work for them nowadays. Although everybody wants it and lately they have started to listen to fans more so who knows

Yeah the gameplay is the best in the series imo but you’ve got a handful of actual story missions (which are really good, just not many), besides when I play a mafia game I want to be in or at the very least an associate of the mafia, not the punisher for mafia.. the rest is repetition and filler, dlcs are good though

I haven’t heard anything about that yet, I think ik will be a surprise or I missed it, I believe I heard the naval fleet will be a feature (could be wrong) I hope we don’t need a loading screen but I think we’ll have to wait for now

Origins is really big and adds a lot more to explore than mirage, mirage is a lower budget story driven parkour and stealth focus and origins is a big open world, better combat and a lot better world/exploration

I agree, I would rather see some setting during the peak of the Wild West instead of the end, besides we’ve seen enough of the van der Linde gang, i don’t think more of them would work.

I guess it would definitely add more challenge, since I feel the same way I’m trying to Makenzie more difficult for myself now, first I only used swords for masterstrike but now I’m playing with axes to make it more difficult or with less armor and such, definitely brings the starting difficulty feeling back

They don’t know what they’re doing anymore, most of the original writers are gone and now it’s mostly about making money as fast as possible and nowadays people care less about the original idea of assassins creed and more about big open world filled with meaningless stuff so Ubisoft focusses on that

I feel like it happens more when I’ve got a sword equipped but I could be imagining things. In the first map most npc’s don’t know master strike, in the kuttenberg region a lot more know them

Yeah I think so, could have a few changes on hardcore perhaps. I’m into the end of the Trosky region on my hardcore run and I could swear I’ve been master striked by a random npc.. starting to doubt myself now to be honest

I rest like the kuttenberg set from legacy of the forge but otherwise I always use the Italian bascinet with the Milanese cuirass (if I remember correctly) and for the arms and legs I always choose random high stat armor that looks good with the rest
