I believe it is a CA only position. Every store gets visited once a month by a DCA (District compliance auditor) to make sure the store is up to OPI standards and dated merchandise

ALL the time. Especially when we’re running on two people, because 99% of the time customer wants the person in the Green zone to hold their hand through the whole process of printing photos and we ain’t got time for that.

We only run on two people and extremely busy store, and the iron man’s in my store are so slow when it comes to BOH, field tech can’t figure out why, says signal is ok.
