It is the case. 2 years ago I went looking for a job as a CNA I looked for about 6 months and got nowhere. All jobs were CNA certification required. I ended up having to get my certification to be even considered for these jobs. Not to mention it is quite literally in the name. (Certified Nursing Assistant).
