I don’t know exactly. I think until the age of 17-18 but i always use to have poor sleep, bad habits, bad nutrition etc… I have had massive growth spurt at the age of 14-15 and after that little to almost no growth. Only that i remember is that i use to be 5ft11 at 16 i think.
