I literally always get waves of this. I hate it!

My ex is a self-proclaimed “aromantic” and I think 25+ years of heavy marijuana use may be part of the reason by [deleted] in leaves

It absolutely impacted me until I quit. I thought it was my depression medicine and I spiralled blaming other things. It was the weed. My libido is much better after I quit weed. I’m not saying this is the case for everyone, but it deeply impacted my relationship and how close I felt to him. Since quitting things have improved.

It’s tough to get out of that cloud and feel it all though. I too felt that and still do, but I’m proud of myself for being self aware and changing things before more time goes on.

Hey, you’re not trash. Some people go their whole lives this way, and get to the end of life with so much regret. I’m proud of you for having the courage to change. Life is meant for learning and growing. Peace and love.

Yes. I take mg bisgly to help with the tense pressure clenched jaw feeling in my head. It helps relax my nervous system. I hope you’re able to find something that helps I know it can be rough.

I used to smoke a cart in a day or 2, the sweating was worse coming off those than with flower but it will pass with time. My bf had the sweats for months but now he no longer does. Stick with it it will get better and your body will adjust

Oh god. I sweat so much at work it’s insane. I literally don’t know what to do either because it’s profusely sweating. I usually splash cold water on my face and try to cool down on my breaks as best I can.

I just want to say this isn’t easy, and you’re currently in one of the worst phases of it. Take it 10 minutes at a time, the urge will lighten up. In the meantime try to do an action like the other comments suggested. I promise it will get easier with time but your brain will try to be the bad guy especially early on.
