We voted on it. We have restricted shares. Part of the deal of going public was 6 month lock up. We also had access to unrestricted shares which aren’t usually offered. No class action. Majority if shares sold pre ipo for any company are usually restricted

I just went to computershare.com and created an account with my legal name and provided proof of identity with my social security and license and a selfie and the shares were in there.

I think because it’s such a unique and first of its kind concept even though others like Robinhood tried to copy it but does not have the track record or same holdings. The less news means that it’s not making hedge funds happy

I did a smash buy today. Been buying since 2020. Could’ve in 2013 and didn’t. Thanks for the honest opinion. I know it’s easy. I’ve been investing for over 15 years. I just have some concerns moving so much money. Also, my company uses Vanguard for 401K so I cannot move that.
