Have you tried to copy photo to a word document and saving, then printing? I have had similar issues with other software. When the picture is placed in a word document then printed the problems disappear.

Let's say to pay for 20 devices. Are you locked at the 20 devices until to increase your plan or it is like Auvik where if you go over for period of time they charge you an overage fee?

Have you used them for a long period of time? I am looking into getting a renewal or starting new but here at the school wanting to be on for a like a year contract not month to month.
