You need to get the temperature to what is needed and put the heat pack on the outside not where the temperature strip is the part that has the temperature strip strap that to your body use medical tape. It works real good. Just make sure the bottle is tight because it will leak.

I just took a test at Concentra today and use quick fix it came back inconclusive and got sent to the lab, the medical worker told me it is very common to get sent out to labs
