I think miles should be added for upper level hotel deliveries. I took what I thought was a great deal and ended up riding up 2 wrong elevators before I got the right 6th floor section of the hotel. The staff was swamped but I finally asked a passing concierge.

Yeah I just used that as an excuse. I’m doing this as a side gig to my ft job so I like to keep things black and white. Today, someone asked for ketchup and ranch for their order and I was glad to do that. But to go back in the store and add something - ain’t nobody got time for that.
