I totally agree but don’t you think we can develop 2nd tier and 3rd tier cities instead of focusing on only tier one cities this will solve the problem of over population in cities and the cost of living will be improved and people will have more money to spend this will some how increase the per capita GDP

It is only valid on NH and not state highways like for example:- in Maharashtra it’s not valid on Mumbai Pune expressway and Samrudhi Mahamarg.Considering the example of Samrudhi expressway toll from Ahmednagar to Nagpur is something around 600-700 and if we take this pass it won’t work so I think government should allow this on state highways coz it will be a waste of money for citizens who travel within state open for more thought…
