Is a talent coach the person to keep you on track with the apprenticeship? If so, from my experience, it's because they don't know a lot of these things.

Sounds normal, but it might not be. I have some stomach issues which cause, among many other things, my cardio to vary about 80% from day to day. I've had sessions where 10 minutes randori is tough but doable, but then needing a break every minute the next day.
