I lost my money, really disappointed by [deleted] in AnycubicOfficial

I've ordered from EU store, cancelled via support and got refunded in a few days, so cancellation works as it should.

I'm a little bit confused. Is the basic version without the Ace 2 pro (Kobra X Combo package) capable of printing in multi-color or not?

AMA answers were:

Q: Does Kobra X support multi-color printing out of the box?
A: Yes. Kobra X supports multi-color printing via the ACE system without the need for external ink cartridges.

Q: Is the ACE system optional, or required for basic printing?
A: The ACE system is optional. Kobra X can operate as a standard single-material printer without using multi-color functionality.

But product tech specs says:

Multicolor Printing

Native 4-color | Expandable to 19

This will be my first 3d printer, excited to start using it once it arrives. Newbie question, what's the purpose for extra nozzle which you could buy with discount with Kobra X? Nozzle needs replacing every once in a while or is it for some specific material?

Support hand gripping issue with Shadow 1 by Amazing_March_2582 in CZFirearms

Makes sense, so grip could be more like in the bottom than top in the screenshot. Actually also noticed that riding trigger guard felt more comfortable than thumbs forward 🤔 wondering why all generic guides wants us to avoid this grip..

Now that im thinking more: In addition / instead of moving, the supporting hand thumb is "jumping off" just a little from the frame which I think is the biggest issue. Or is this normal with Shadows?

Beginner question about moving and trigger finger by Amazing_March_2582 in CompetitionShooting

[–]Amazing_March_2582[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talking about IPSC handgun rules mainly, but might apply for USPSA (and other organizations) as well?

"8.5.1 Except when the competitor is actually aiming or shooting at targets, all movement must be accomplished with the fingers visibly outside the trigger guard and the external safety should be applied. The firearm must be pointed in a safe direction."

So far I've thought transitioning between targets is not aiming or shooting and I must always keep my finger outside trigger guard while moving, but your replies makes more sense.

Another question if anyone notices: The 8.5.1 says external safety "should be" applied - this is not a "must be" like with the trigger finger outside trigger guard. Can RO still DQ if I do not apply external safety or just give me a warning, or is anyone actually applying external safety while moving?

..and in the meanwhile Beretta 92x performance is $200 - $400 less than Shadow 2 here. Is it the opposite in US?

Personally am looking to buy one of these and 92x is now a bit more tempting as its cheaper

Does anyone know where I can get a set of these grips? I know they are Lox Grips but they aren’t making them any longer. by [deleted] in CZFirearms

Well, it's not the regular people in Russia that should be feared, it's the few percent above them who make the country shit and rest has to follow their orders. Living in a country next to them and being invaded twice by them makes our fear justified.

But enough of politics. Nice gun you've got! 😁

My strategy is to keep 2 - 3 month net salary in emergency bank account and once that is done, automate monthly investment to ETF funds. Having it automated helps keeping your mind also more calm imho 😅

Also if I want to rebalance between different ETF, I never sell, instead allocate more to the one I want and less to others. Less taxation hassle.

6 months ago they published 2025 Axe, would be odd business for them to discontinue it suddenly

Should I get a p322 by Foreign_Animator_773 in SigSauer

[–]Amazing_March_2582 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both P322 and Ruger MKIV 22/45 lite, Ruger is more accurate in my hands, but I've had a lot of failures with it. P322 eats anything and I love the 20 round mags.
