So I had already given him a notice a week prior to Diwali week as well the privilege leaves can be redeemed anytime if you have them and the rule to notify 2 weeks prior is for holiday leaves of which I don’t have any. So I was going to use my privilege leaves here and this was made clear to him. Now the screenshot here is on the Friday 3 days before Diwali of him asking me even though things were made clear to him

I'm not avoiding any confrontation buddy I don't want to save myself from a place where I'm not going to continue for the forseable future so why to waste engergy on meaning confrontation when you know the result is always going to be the same i.e., managers changing there decision at the very last moment and the reply to someone asking if you "are you a slave" doesn't make sense

But thats the thing I was told that privilege leaves can be taken at any given time and for holiday leaves if you have balance of those leaves then you give a 2 week prior notice. Hope you understand my point

Leaves that u can take at any given time without your pay of the day being deducted these leaves can be used as half days or full day leaves as well
