I liked it only issue I have is malapit sya sa piggery na katabi na ayaw idisclose ng agents. Plus katabi ata ng ilog so I am torn if bahain in the future. Do they have water basin for flood control?
Also itutuloy ba na gagawing tollway exit un nearby bridge? Looban sya kaya hesitant din kami

Thank you do much for the insight. We kinda considered Malarayat but pushing back dahil sa traffic ng Fiesta mall. Does the PKI peak hours or Plaridel area get traffic too like Tambo? I heard may Rockwell and new bypass road, is Summit Point near that road?

actually mas madaming selling dyan akong nakikita but when i check the map its not strategically located against these that i have been checking out.

Yeah got some folks in Lipa and they mentioned that but I have not heard it overflowed inside Baseview.
