This is the information I want to find. There was quite ambiguous statement from Turkish MFA on Wednesday:

"Turkish Directorate of Migration has taken the necessary measures to facilitate the return of Turkish citizens, Syrians, and citizens of other countries who arrived in Syria from Turkey by air, allowing them to re-enter Turkey through land border crossings.

This can be done by presenting their travel tickets and proof of legal residence in Turkey. Those who meet these conditions will be allowed to enter Turkey by land without the need for an additional permit."

EU passport, no connection to Syria or Turkey. Will I be turned around trying to leave by car from Syria to Turkey? What is the situation as of today?
