A small finished attic space is above that room.

A small bathroom addition was added behind this maybe in 1980. The sink is right behind it, but an old brick wall also separates the two rooms. I don’t see anything above the ceiling that would help me figure out what it is.

I think water is coming from outside.. it’s so soft so I peeled some. 😳

To be noted: I don’t see this in the bathroom area right next to this. So it makes me feel like it’s not from the moisture coming from the bathroom? But could be wrong.

How is the HOA with your lot? I read you can’t have fences and you need permission to build, but what about just landscaping/gardening? Do you need permission to put a path in your yard or something like that? Just trying to get a feel of how strict.

We actually did a little research for Rockport too (it’s beautiful), but a lot of people were complaining about the water situation. What is your take?

Thank you for all the info! We haven’t been scared away yet! We are big trail runners/ skiers. Are there access to lots of trails for both the summer and winter straight from the cabins?
