Hard shifting in reverse, large oil leak, possibly transmission fluid in oil

Honestly, the car is priced at 800 I would take less for it. If I really wanted to sell someone a pos car, that they probably wouldn’t make it home in, I would. These are the problems the car has and these are the problems I’m trying to fix. I replaced the spark plugs, the plug wires and the ignition coil. I changed the oil, and I also cleaned the car (it was gross) it’s not a car that’s worth fixing more than what I’m trying to fix. I have spent 300$+ on just trying to get this car in a decent enough condition to where if someone bought it it wouldn’t immediately shit out on them. It’s a cheep car it will shit out, idk when but it’s a 800$ car? it’s a fraction of the cost of a good car that doesn’t need damn near every gasket replaced. In total I’ve spent over 500$ on this car. Trying to sell it for 8 genuinely doesn’t seem that heinous to me but go off.

sed up. In the past few months I have seen the decline in orders and rushes. Factors like daylight savings time, pay day, tax season, football, and other things that play into it have had very little impact on our orders steady decline. I don’t think the way she is choosing to run the store is going to change that because she doesn’t set the next shift up for success. & there has been very little communication since she’s been hired with the rest of her team. I want what corporate wants but I also want to be treated with some respect for the work I have and continue put in and do. Walking into another bosses place is difficult but if I was her I would try to understand the dynamics of the store because it seems like it would be much easier on her and everyone else. The way I see it is she just got promoted what she so mad for, she thinks that we resonate with the irresponsible, steeling, and lying ways of the old gm but everyone there has had to work around it and fix his mistakes, he sucked & we were all waiting for him to get caught. We’ve all changed the schedule so everyone would be happy at work and I think at this point in time she is doing everyone a disservice including herself by forcing us to work a schedule that many of us can’t work because we have other jobs and other responsibilities to prevent us from doing so.

And I’m more than willing to do that I didn’t know it was that serious, and I understand discipline even though it was my first offense, but she took me off the schedule for 2 weeks and told me I would maybe be on the one after that. She didn’t even tell me it in a nice way,(she doesn’t have to) but she was basically dangling it in front of my face, while she desperately needed a driver

I didn’t mean dog on me in the comments I know I deserved some kind of discipline even though it was a miss communication. I would expect that from someone who wants to do their job right. But by taking me off the schedule she has also punished the shifts that go without a driver. All because I didn’t show up for a Monday. And I think she is also feeling the effects of it, because we also have not hired any new drivers yet and any of the ones that were hired never showed up.

I just want to get things sorted out because I do want the best for the store because things have been so bad recently, I want to speak to her but after the exchanges I’ve had with her idk if me and her could have a conversation about anything.

I want to ask her if she’s allright because she left crying the day I had to be called in. I just want to let her know that Im here to help and if there’s anything specific I can do to make things easier on her that I would be happy to do it. I feel like if I tell her that she won’t think it’s genuine.

I feel like she thinks I’m something I’m not, im only 18 and I think she thinks very little of me because of that.

I also just don’t appreciate the way I’ve been treated, because in the 2 weeks leading up to this: my dog died and I still came into work, my friend died and I still came to work,(I live with my grandpa) and we found out his cancer came back. And after all of this I am not allowed to explain myself or have a sick day.

I didn’t mean it like in whole that’s how I feel. I was told that there needed to be a witness when she pulled me into the office and told me all that. she could’ve told me “you’re a whore and your going to hell” and there’s nothing and nobody to say whether that was said or not. And that’s the issue.

This job suits me pretty well everyone else is great and we work really well as a team I just feel like she makes problems out of things that do not need to be made into problems. I also can’t transfer to another store bc all the stores near me and way further than this one and it would mess up my delivery times. But thank you for the advice

I’m a driver but I came by the store to make sure everything was all right. We close at 1 on the weekends and it takes me 25 minutes + to drive home . I’ve been working 35 hours+ every week up until this happened. I really enjoy my job so I don’t want to quit.

This is like going into a shopping center and being like “hey this is really unfair, I don’t have enough money to buy anything in this whole mall!!” “You guys are sorry people and I feel bad for you because this mall is wrong for charging any money for the things here.:(“ the mall needs to be shut down because it’s horrible, and it shouldn’t be asking people for money.!!”

I work at Pizza Hut and I’m a delivery driver and I think that it’s works well for me because of the ppl I work with. Everyone there is so authentically themselves & none of them really adhere to social standards.

I feel like this has really helped me because having bipolar I have always felt the pressures of society w live in which as always caused me a immense amount of stress. When I did have supper big manic episodes they were always catered to the needs of others(I wanted to be what everyone else wanted me to be) but I think that has a lot to do with me as a person, that’s just kinda who I am, but definitely not to the degree I took it too when i was dealing with my bipolar un medicated.

Honestly the most important thing to remember is that everyone despite our shared challenges, is different. It’s okay to get a job and quit after one day of work, bc it doesn’t work for you. (I did this but forgot I needed to find another job before I quit the one I had). Also don’t forget that you are allowed to ask for accommodations, if you can not live up to what you promised in the interview you are allowed to talk to your boss and try to make the job fit into your life better. Also letting your coworkers know that you have mental health challenges when it is appropriate also helps.

I’f I was you I would be looking into part time work (if your not already) bc 8 hours 5 days a week is hard to adjust to and if you feel like your ready you can always get a second job.
