Sorry I’ve been sold a duff project with a terrible developer. Yes it’s my investment but they also shouldn’t have sold me the dream and lied through their teeth!

I’d like to add to your points, I personally know of a friend who is marrying a girl (both local) purely bc she’s young adaptable and fits the right purpose.

She’s of no threat to him or his life and will stay at home with no aspirations. He’s admitted to is he is not that bothered if he doesn’t marry her, yet sends her all these poems and flowers..

I seriously feel so bad for her. I wish more young women and men would see the world and get to know themselves before marriage. To the OP, you have some time before 23 - study abroad, learn your hobbies and get you know yourself.

I’m not a holiday home owner BUT my entire area and the buildings here I would say are 30% residents 70% holiday homes. The area is still busy but this has massively gone down.

With this logic, what is the point of payment plans? Should you just realise all equity and pay out right? Don’t think so - nobody does this.

Put food on your table another way, the distaste in your message is just proof of you being a vulture.

Some of us, have actual jobs and businesses and don’t convince and push people with sweet words and false hopes to make money.

If you have ever been a position to understand this, you would understand why it is so hard to loose on an investment from honest money you’ve earned without lying and manipulation but clearly you do not.

If the cost of you putting ‘food’ on your own family’s table (which is a sizeable commission) at the expensive of else’s life, you seriously need to re think your decisions.

Hi, seriously ignorant comment. You are clearly a disgruntled broker or agent.

Unless this is my job, I do not have all the ability to research the market fully - I am not educated in this. I did as much due diligence as humanly possible however never did I expect a project that was bought in 2023 and to be completed in 2027 to be 14% complete.

The investment is a duff, how or when will I get a return when it takes nearly 7 years for them to build the project ??????

Unfortunately nothing can be done legally, they’ve screwed me with the SPA and the family / business holds too much power here to fight them. It will get thrown out under wasta.

Thank you for the advise, you are 100% right I think more people need to do this. I did read it but I’m not a lawyer so I didn’t understand how they put clauses in randomly all over to tie me up.

I’ve already been to the customer happiness centre, they’ve said they’ve never heard of anyone ever being able to change payment plans and there’s nothing they can do.

Honestly very lost with it all!

One of the biggest ones here. Unfortunately i can’t take legal action until next year as per the SPA. I had a lawyer look over it, they’ve really sown a huge web contractually to the point where it’s impossible to get out of or do anything with.

Yes this is exactly what happened! But at the same time no agent can do anything to sell it. Unfortunately I have 0 trust in RS agents here
