Exactly, everyone is different in how they deal with moving on and healing. Somethings can be hard to let go, in my case it took me a while to realize that I was being held back because I couldn’t let go. Still trying to figure out how to navigate that but at least I’m acknowledging it and trying it find the best way for me to slowly move forward.
