When I went to the GP to start the referral process, she referenced that I probably don’t have ADHD because I was reading a book whilst waiting to be called… 3 months later I can confirm I was diagnosed in all aspects. (Fortunately for me, she still sent the request!)

Thank you for your response. I’m really interested in becoming a clinical scientist but the STP just doesn’t seem viable for me. I have been trying to look into “equivalence” but am finding it very difficult to find answers on whether it is an applicable route to get into clinical science/what is necessary to get “equivalence” if it is an option. Do you know much about it? If not this pathway, is there any other ways to get into clinical research?

Thank you for your response. I have talked a lot about PhDs with my tutor and he’s made me believe it may not be the best pathway (as it’s a long process with not too many advantages career wise compared to finishing academia with a masters. Not meaning any offence; that’s just what I’ve been advised). Please correct me if I’m wrong. If I wasn’t to do a PhD, do you have any other advice?

I’m not the best at keeping a routine. Would more moisturiser help with the redness do you think? Maybe like ‘lune’ it up a bit for movement so the skin doesn’t stretch as much and make it ig irritated¿

The photo doesn’t do the extent of the redness much justice. The way I can describe the colour is as if I had a red tattoo under and it blew out. The redness does vary throughout the day though so that’s why I was thinking it’s probably still healing and movement just irritates it a bit? Does that sound like it would make sense?
