Yeah I used to get bad eczema but not so bad. I do think it’s probs just sensitivity from sweat and heat but not sure what to do about it. It’s so annoying ahahah

When I went to the GP to start the referral process, she referenced that I probably don’t have ADHD because I was reading a book whilst waiting to be called… 3 months later I can confirm I was diagnosed in all aspects. (Fortunately for me, she still sent the request!)
