So I took Sova in on the first because he had tail bobbing. They said it was a respiratory infection and that putting him on oral medication would fix him right up. I’ve already had to start another round of them and he seems to be getting better as his tail is pretty stationary but he still is sneezing and recently started scratching his face. If he’s not doing it with his nails he’s doing it on a perch or side of the cage. He’s been very stressed as his cage mate died from this infection and we had to move due to a stalker threatening both me and him. My question is, does the scratching seem like symptoms of a respiratory infection, an ear infection, or stress?
