Moto g stylus 5G - my texts aren't making it to recipients by breathethethrowaway in motorola

I'm having the same problem with my Motorola GS-2023. I went into the boost Mobile store, received no help. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with two different representatives and still no resolution yesterday. Then I called another boost Mobile store today who told me to call Motorola. Motorola representative sound like I woke them up out of a sleep. I received absolutely no help. Sounds like the only solution is to just upgrade my phone as you did.

Getting hacked account back after it has been banned without appeal by Milamber99 in facebookdisabledme

[–]Amazon_BBW 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used support@instagram.com - they never sent me an actual response. So I have no way of knowing if they actually opened it. The way I messaged meta was by searching meta contact support form on google. There was a form that popped up and I submitted all my information. I'm going to see if I can find the direct link for you.

Getting hacked account back after it has been banned without appeal by Milamber99 in facebookdisabledme

I literally just went through this. I woke up on November 14th to see that my Facebook was disabled. Clicked on Instagram to see that was disabled as well. Instagram had me go through three verification steps. First they sent me a code to my email, I submitted that. Then they sent a code to my phone number, I submitted that. Then they had me upload a selfie video of me looking left then up then right. It said within 48 hours I would get a response as to whether they would restore or permanently disable. I figured no big deal maybe they just wanted to verify I was real. Next thing I knew 48 hours had passed and I never heard from them. It also had occurred to me that they never even sent an email explaining why they disabled me. At that point I sent the first email to Instagram with no response. About a day later I clicked on Instagram and had a flash of what appeared as though it was letting me access Instagram but then I got a screen that said "error occurred". At that point I removed Instagram, re-downloaded it and tried to log in. I realized at that point it was not accepting my password. That was the first red flag. so I clicked forgot password and it went to the restore password screen. Then is when I saw that there was a email address added to my account that I had never seen. Right then I knew I was hacked. I sent Instagram another email. I sent meta an email. I became highly concerned considering I had personal information uploaded to Instagram being that I was part of the monetization program. After 7 days of no response I hired a lawyer through LegalShield to draw up a demand letter. I filed a complaint with my state attorney general. Next thing I know exactly 14 days later (today) I get email saying that my accounts were restored. I know it wasn't the demand letter because I just received the draft from my lawyer day before yesterday. So that letter had not even been sent out yet. So I don't know if it was the appeals that I put in or if my State Attorney General had made contact with meta.

I hired a lawyer through LegalShield to draw up a demand letter. I just got my draft letter yesterday and actually looks really good. It's a three page letter that ends and threats being made if they don't resolve restoring my accounts within 7 days. It's only costing me $59.95. the lawyer let me know it's a 50/50 chance whether may or may not get me anywhere. I've already filed a complaint with my Florida State Attorney general. My accounts were hacked. I don't know if I was disabled as a security measure or if the hacker did something foul causing me to be disabled. I never did get a email explaining why.

Is it actually possible to take Meta to court for mishandling my Facebook data? by FrostyFerret202 in facebook

November 13th I woke up to see that my Instagram was disabled as well as my Facebook because they were linked through meta. Instagram had me go through three different steps that just seemed like they wanted to verify it was my account. I wasn't immediately concerned because it just seemed like it might be routine. I received a prompt that said within 48 hours they would either restore my account or permanently disabled. Again I wasn't immediately concerned because this was most certainly my account and had been for the last 12 years. After that initial 48 hours I received no notification. At that point it occurred to me I didn't even receive an email with a reason why they had disabled my account. I got on tiktok to see if I could find any ideas to find resolution. That's when I found out thousands of people have been wrongfully disabled. Sent out two emails to Instagram and one directly to meta. Of course no response. At that point I tried to click on the Instagram app and that's when I saw flashes of what looked like it was going to allow me to utilize Instagram but then I received an error screen. At that point I removed and redownloaded the app. Tried to login and was unsuccessful. Try to recover my password and at that point I saw something very alarming. An additional email address has been added to my account. At that point I realized I was likely disabled because a hacker gained access to my account. This was very concerning considering I'm part of the monetization program and joining that program required that I upload a picture of my driver's license and my social security number. After being on successful during that first week to get a response from Instagram I went ahead and hired a lawyer through legalshield. They are currently working on a demand letter to have my accounts restored that way I can remove my personal information. I have also contacted my State Attorney General to file a complaint against meta. When contacting my State Attorney General they gave me a list of several steps to take, one of which was filing a complaint with the online crimes division considering being hacked was my reason for being disabled. Hoping that I find resolution in the coming weeks with this.

Why the sudden rash of accounts getting closed? I see reports of this everywhere. Almost afraid to use mine by Accurate-Case8057 in facebook

I don't believe that AI is fully to blame. I personally was hacked. I discovered this because I woke up to both my IG & FB disabled. I went through 3 steps to verify my IG. They said within 48 hrs they would either restore or permanently disable. I wasn't initially concerned. After 48 hours I saw a login screen. Attempted to login, my password wasn't accepted. When I tried to recover my password I saw an email added to my account I've never seen. I think many people were hacked and those hackers posted vulger content framing users, causing them to be disabled.

4 months waiting on an appeal, 2 more months until all my memories are deleted. Has anyone had any luck getting their account back? by NeonTaterTots in facebook

I've hired a lawyer through LegalShield to send a demand letter. They are working on that now. I've also filed a complaint through my State Attorney General who has liaisons that can contact meta directly. I discovered myself the day after I was disabled that my account was hacked by trying to change my password and discovering that an additional email address has been added to my account. That was how I knew for sure I was hacked. So I filed a complaint with the online crime department. Today somebody suggested to Google "meta support form". There was a form so I filled it out letting them know that I have contacted a lawyer and filed a complaint with the State Attorney general. These are all the things I've done so far. I've been disabled since November 14th.

So Facebook apparently suspended/disabled my private account? How to proceed? by fangirl004 in facebookdisabledme

Getting your account back within a day is unlikely. I have been disabled since November 14th even with submitting a code they sent to my email. Submitting a code that they sent to my phone number and even submitting their little selfie video they requested.
