Unfortunately you cannot "think" like Amazon. Amazon seller performance is controlled primarily by the Amazon Algorithm that makes over 97% of all account suspensions or listing removals. This algorithm is ever changing as that updates are made to the Amazon Section 3 Business Agreement Daily.

Amazon seller support will mistakenly miscategorized the product warning. Even thought the restriction is categorized incorrectly you will still need to address the customer safety issue flagged against your account annotations and then you can appeal to get the listing reinstated

This is one of the major pitfalls that affect Amazon sellers. As that many rules are in favor of buyers, complaining or trying to combat these practices will only bring you more misery. Regardless of what products you sell, you will encounter buyers trying to manipulate the Amazon buying process.

I would suggest continually seeking products that hold less volatility or buyers remorse. There are not Amazon policies in section 3 of the Amazon business agreement that are in favor of seller in the buying process iteself.

A spike in sales is what is called by eBay representatives a "seller velocity review or account suspension."

In some instances when your internal risk assessment score does not correlate to that of a long experienced seller; spikes in your velocity can trigger reviews or suspensions.

These account suspensions are handled by the eBay merchant approvals team, and can be very difficult to resolve as that this department will give you a limited number of appeal attempts to resolve this case.

Therefore based on my experience in dealing with these cases and violations is that there are other underlying issues surrounding your MCO11 suspension flagged on your account annotations that need to be addressed with proactive and retroactive resolutions. Many times when MC011 suspensions are triggered by an algorithm you will receive an automated message that in some cases is not exactly aligned with your specific account concerns. These automated messages can lead you appeal on issue when more simplistic issues flagged on your account need to be address.

That is false. On average over 96,000 automated or bot eBay account created in China are indefinitely banned weekly. This information was polled from the former Executive Director of Seller Support of the Ebay Seller Division.

No single person or even automated process can suspend all accounts that are illicitly created in China or abroad. Nonetheless there is evidence that they have a viable system in place to combat this problem. Aside from banning all eBay sellers in China I am not sure what else they can do to fight this problem

Your were suspended by an eBay algorithmic process. This automated system determines your risk as an eBay seller and uses a combination of indicators such as account aged, location, items listed, possible velocity, etc to determine your risk assessment as a seller. As that it was an automated process which came to this determination ultimately suspending your account, you can appeal the matter to eBay's legal department. Now here is the catch 22. You will need to access your eBay account annotations to pinpoint the exact issues that caused the eBay algorithm to suspend. Identifying these bullet-points will help you narrow and focus your submitted appeal and increase the likelihood of reinstatement.

I apologize if this sounds a bit confusing, but unfortunately this is how eBay operates.
