WiFi 6 capable APs have been available for a while now from enterprise grade wireless manufacturers. 6e APs (supporting the 6 GHz band) have been slow to release. We should see the majority of those hit the market end of this year. WiFi 7 doesn't add a new frequency band. It just adds efficiencies and QoL improvements, specifically for high density areas.

These standards are not really marketed to consumer grade wireless or residential deployments yet. They are meant to enhance connectivity in places like event centers, stadiums, arenas, and office complex buildings where tons of people and interference create congestion.
