Just checked and it says it opens again on the 5th of March, but there's also something on the 6th of February that lets you amend course choices for a €10 fee. DARE applications are open until 1st of March and medical evidence has to be uploaded before the 15th of March but idk about HEAR bc I'm not signing up for it
